Our onboarding process takes no more than two weeks—usually just one payroll cycle—so you can transition smoothly without downtime. During setup, we’ll also establish the reporting schedule and format that best supports your business.
We then create and configure your secure, cloud-based account, centralizing bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, and tax planning in one place.
All onboarding is handled virtually by our U.S.-based team in the Eastern Time Zone, with documents and banking details submitted securely through our encrypted portal or by phone. For larger projects, we’re also available for on-site meetings.
